The Information Security Committee

The committee ensures that the level of information security at the Department of Political Science is at an acceptable level and meets the authorities’ requirements for information security. The committee also ensures that the Information Security Policy and the adjoining regulations are updated and conveyed to the relevant parties.
Furthermore, the committee also oversees the progress to implement the regulations in practice. Lastly, the committee ensures that the planned as well as the urgent tasks in regard to information security are solved in a satisfactory way.

Advice to researchers

Research projects containing personal must comply with the rules of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
