Marlene Wind is Tuesday May 24th going to address 60 Russian journalists in the Hauge. She has been invited by the Deutsch EU Presidency and the European External Action Service which is currently involved in a large project trying to use diplomacy and media to influence public opinion about the EU in Russia.
