Astrid Nonbo Andersen (DIIS) will present the chapter with the preliminary title “Et politisk monument” for a book she is writing with journalist Martine Lind Krebs about the Greenland monument on Christianshavns Torv and the changing perceptions and images of Greenland in Denmark from the past 100 years.
Malin Arvidsson (Linköping University) will present a rough draft of a paper with the preliminary title “From informal truth initiatives to state-sponsored Truth and Reconciliation Commissions: Two Swedish minorities seeking historical justice”. The text is intended for an edited volume about historical truth and accountability in the post-colonial state.
