You can find information about summer school courses at the Department of Political Science (DPS), University of Copenhagen (UCPH) in the course catalogue.

The summer school courses are offered between 1 July to 1 September. All courses take place on our campus in the heart of central Copenhagen.

Summer schools are planned as intensive courses

Please note that our summer courses are offered as intensive courses, so you are expected to have read the literature before the start of the course, and you must expect to have work at home during the course.

How do I apply?

You can apply for our summer schools in 2 different ways depending on whether or not you are required to pay tuition fee. Please choose the relevant link and follow the application procedure described on the website:

I am enrolled in a Danish University and I have - or will get - a preapproval of the summer school course I want to apply for. I have to apply as a credit student.
I must pay tuition fee - I have to apply as an Open University student.
