Unequal, alienated and unwell? The consequences of local economic inequality for individual and societal well-being

Is economic inequality bad for individuals and societies alike?  The project sheds light on this hotly debated question by studying how income inequality experienced in local residential settings—the immediate neighborhood and beyond—within Denmark is related to individuals’ well-being, social connectivity and ties with the state.
