Registration for Presentation and Discussion of the Power Inquiry 2.0

How does one measure the health of Danish democracy?

Power Inquiries are a Nordic tradition where independent researchers measure the health of democracy. In Denmark, the kick-off for a new Power Inquiry has just taken place – 20 years after the conclusion of the last one. But how does one approach such a monumental task?

The event takes place on 25 October, 2023, at 14:15-15:30 (CET).

Venue: Centre for Health and Society (CSS), room 25.01.53.

At the event, the Power Inquiry 2.0 will be introduced by Professor Lene Holm Pedersen from the Department of Political Science, KU, and Professor Michael Bang Petersen, Chairman og the Power Inquiry 2.0 and Professor at the Department of Political Science (AU). The presentation will partly focus on the academic emphasis in the Power Inquiry 2.0 and partly on how other interested researchers can contribute to the project.

Afterwards, there will be an opportunity for questions and a discussion about the best ways to measure the health of Danish democracy in the 21st century.

The Head of the Department of Political Science, Professor Nina Græger, will be moderating the event.

For planning purposes, all participants are asked to register.
