Catalonia and Europe at a Crossroads for Democracy?

The Political Science Department at the University of Copenhagen is happy to announce that we will be hosting a debate with the 130th President of the Government of Catalonia, Carles Puigdemont.

Mr Puigdemont will discuss the current political situation in Catalonia and place the challenges that Catalonia faces in the European context.

Professor Marlene Wind and Professor MSO Christian F. Rostbøll will be joining Mr Puigdemont as discussants and the debate will be moderated by Professor and Head of Department, Mikkel Vedby Rasmussen.

The event will be hosted on Monday the 22nd of January from 14:00 – 16:00 at the Centre for Health and Society, Entrance from Gammeltoftsgade, building 35, room 35.01.44.

It is not necessary to sign up for the event, however we recommend arriving well in advance in order to secure a seat.
